Ok, I did not keep my promise. My Bad. I admit, I had been lazy. But I had been busy too.

I have since opened up a new Jersey shop - yes expanded from our previous online retail model. We now have a physical store set up for MYKITZONE! Real glad for this, and a ig thanks to fellow partners Aaron and Keith for helping me realize my dreams. It was a bit rushed for me, and at a bad timing - coming in July where I had just committed to buy 2 properties and had packed my calenders with performance gigs for the year. I now work (almost) 7 days a week, 18 hours or more a day - I literally sleep around 1-2am if I have performances. No more Sunday futsals for me too - not only cos of the shop la, partly cos of the weekend wedding gigs coming up for the rest of the year too.

Something has to give eventually - so I may have to stop singing again come October 2011 (I just made my "comeback" 2 months ago after a "semi retirement" in December 2010.) to focus on work as well as business.

Or, I may even quit my day job soon. Its about time, I no longer feel happy working with the current set up. In fact I am beginning to hate certain things here in office. Which is something I do not want to prolong. Well, that will be the subject of another entry I guess, my work grouses! :P

With the busy life, I need something to keep myself sane. And that would be through writing I guess. And just letting things out haha.

Shit, I dont even have time for photography nowadays :(

Oh well, life goes on. Here's to life!

NEW STARTY

It's been more than a month since my last post. The truth is, alot of things happened in the last month, which made me sit back and take a good long look at my own life. Unhappy things happened to some people very close to me, and I feel bad that I couldn't do much for them. Anyway, it's not for me to help in the first place. This is, after all, life. Different people are meant to experience life in their own unique and distinct way, so who am I to meddle with that. It did however get me thinking, what about my own life? Am I living life as I was meant to?

Anyway this is a question that can never be answered. I have however take. Some major decisions in the last few months which I hope will lead me nearer to that elusive answer whether I am living my life. Firstly I have stopped singing in caves, something which has been so integral to my life in the past 7-8 years. This is some sort of a soil searching for me, hoping to find if I have something outside of singing which I may have missed in the past. Also i have made my mind up on my day job, which will revealed in due course. Hopefully that will also work out the way I envisage it to. Also, for the first time in my life, I am starting to make plans for what I want in life in terms of career, friends, family, etc. I have lots of hobbies and passion, but am I pursuing them the right way? Am I treating my friends and family the right way? Maybe this is my mid life crisis, haha.

Anyway the fact that I am starting to blog again means that I am ready to move on and face the world again in a way:)

Here is to life!

APAD 48 - New Lense For my Baby D90!

Bro just bought this sweet Nikkor 17-55mm f2.8 lense in HK for almost RM1k less. Cant wait for it to come back and for us to have a test shoot!

As usual, I had to fork out half the cost, but no probs, as long as we both get to use!

APAD 46 - Liverpool lost :( but only to this Devil!

Liverpool just lost their first game under King Kenny 1 - 0, not to United but to Howard Webb the biased (either that or he is plain lousy) referee.

At least Liverpool played a spirited game, despite being down with 10 men for most of the game.

After years of collecting, I have reached 100 pieces of football jerseys with the No. 10 either stitched or printed on the back :)

Those who know me will know why 10 is my favourite number and would know my obsession to it.

I am just very very happy and hope that i will have more and more of them in future. Still some notable names missing, like Baggio and more Maradona shirts.

Performed at Green Apple Cafe with a new guitarist Shawn and dear friend Abby. Though I had officially "retired" from cafe gigs, i did have to make this "comeback" to help out my friend.

Anyway glad everything went on smoothly. Kudos to the bosses who had an array of different programmes lined up for the night, the highlight of which was of cos the fireworks.

I had a tiring but fun night out. Hope everyone did too.

Just received my jersey from Aaron. Really cool kit! The yellow colour is the "home" colour of the Malaysian national football team. The kit has the Malaysian flag on one chest and the new My-FJC badge on the other. Also have a nice MDT below the flag. The NNs? my very own "CHCHER 10" of cos:P

wanna buy this kit? too bad, no more on sale. But do wait for our 2nd kit coming soon!

Who could believe it 2 weeks ago when the tournament first started? When we got thrashed 5-1 by the very same team we beat last Sunday so comprehensively, 3-0.

As the Chinese saying goes - the ball is round, anything can happen wan. haha.

Now that we have one hands firmly on the Suzuki Cup, hope the lads will do us proud again this coming Wednesday!

Spent Xmas day with Chee Siong, Moon, Melvin and Audrey - had a quiet night dinner with home made spaghetti. Must say, it was really delicious!

Glad to be able to spend a quiet holiday for once, after having spent the last 7 years singing or performing at cafes / functions etc during festive seasons.

Hoping for more of these quiet holidays now that i am semi retiring form the scene :)

APAD 30 - Awesome Foursome A No Black Tie

Attended a breathtaking performance by Reza Salleh, Mia Palencia, Melina William and Zalila Lee recent at NBT. Wow. Thats it. Wow!

I love everything about the performance - the showmanship, the songs (its all original compositions on this night as it is a singer-songwriter's round), the vocals, the guitars, the crowd, even the food... everything was just awesome! This is accoustic music at its absolute best.

And guess what, the awesome foursome is gonna perform again on 7th and 8th January 2011 - doing covers (in their own way of course) of songs they like - this is part 2 of the highly succesful Shameless Covers Night which they performed last August. I missed the last one but am definitely going for this one!

Anyone who loves accoustic music and pop-jazz should go grab your tics now!!!!

Saw what must be a Malaysian record number of barcode in a single location (thats how the Malaysia home kit looked like by the way).

Enterprising and attacking football by both sides.

Malaysia really look up to it with 2 well taken goals.

Just went to do up my National kits yesterday at Q Line Sports, Pertama complex. Both my away and home (aka "the barcode") kits are now looking smashingly gorgeous! Dont you think so too?

买了以前wow wow 师姐肩拍档－芭沙公主 Z Yan 欣彦（旧字幸雁）的新专辑，里头都是把一些耳熟能详的流行曲编上bosa nova曲风重新演绎，真的另有一番风味！很替欣彦高兴，因为终于能唱她喜欢和擅长的曲风！

也高兴她收录了师兄ah worm的一首创作－ “洒洒雨”，这首歌本人真的觉得值得一推！毕竟本地华文歌坛很少有作曲者会做这样的曲风的歌，而且有好听！希望以后可以陆续听到这两位朋友的作品！

大家不妨到临近的rock corner或cd rama 购买吧！我当然拉了一班朋友支持了哈哈。

APAD 13 - I Wanna Get MY Hands On This Ride!

Ok, more or less decided. After a looooong search, I think I have found the ride I wanna get!

Its the beautiful new Hyundai Tucson! Chance upon it when I tagged along with CHL when he went to test drive the new Sonata (which is also another beauty! see pic below). It was love at first sight.

Now, trying to find the money to buy my love. Huat ah!

APAD11 - The most ridicuolous Tic Tac Toe duel

Note to self: do not ever suggest playing Tic Tac Toe to Jesmond or Apple - they both suck at this simple game! Maybe they are too smart for this hm.

Anyway this was taken at Xi Lai Ton Restaraunt in Kajang where we had a wedding performance on Sunday night. It was memorable for a few things:

1. Jesmond forgot to wear his coat for the second session of the gig!

2. Easily the gig that ended latest (for me anyway - we ended performance at 11.10pm and I reached home at 1.20am!)

3. The wedding dinner that started latest - almost 9pm!

4. First time we laughed on stage during performance - out loud almost! All becos of 1. above!

5. Performance almost tak jadi! Cos I brought the wrong cable! Then we connected 3 jack in cables tomy keyboard using connectors (my keyboard is easily 70-80 meters away from the sound room where the mixer was! After all the trouble, finally found out the restaurant already has the three-pin to mono cable which we needed. Cheh!

6. Betrayal and Lies (to me only - I shall not reveal more)

7. Almost got lost going back because Apple and Jesmond both "fighting" with each other over which is the correct direction to go back to Taman Desa from Kajang. We got lost abit (whichw as why we were back soooo late too!)

8. We forgot to take group pics :(

But I did take a shot of Apple with the empty plates of the food she sapu-ed and one of Jemond and Apple with Fandi, a local "underground" DJ (check out FM31).

Overall it was a fun gig. Thanks to Janson for giving us the opportunity! Looking forward to the next one!

APAD10 - Wish my collection can be as great as his...

Talking bout my CD collections this time :) That bloke standing in front of the humongous 6 feet cabinet is my friend Leslie, music producer and enthusiast. His collections date back form the 90s and covers a wide range, mainly Western and Asian indies and audiophile recordings. He is also a well respected Hi-Fi hobbyist. One thing I admire about him is his passion for music and his preserverance in supporting and purchasing CDs (originals of course!) despite the easily avaiable and cheaper downloads. All to support the industry. Not to mention of course the quality of original CDs are way better than the compressed digital formats.

I have stopped buying pyrated items and illegal downloads since 2004. I have a small collection myself of CDs, cassettes and DVDs of mainly Chinese pop songs. Hope my collection will be as great as Leslie's one day.

Here are some other random pics taken at Leslie's place last Saturday when he invited friends over to his place for a listening party - debuting my old friend Zyan's album. Will definitely blog on that shortly!

Also enjoyed the cameo by Zyan, I am so looking forward to the album which I am gonna get this Saturday. Bossa is really THE genre that i think suits Zyan. Grab it to believe it!

APAD 7 - Our date with Jay Chou!

First of all, wanna say I was in a pretty bad mood few hours back.

很久没有被人放鸽子了。今天就被一位老友放了。而且可悲的是，看来我是被“遗忘”的那位。ie如果不是我sms问时间（我那时已到达目的地了），我都不知道原来计划取消了。没关系，我已当惯了常被遗忘的无名小角色。

结果坐着朋友放的鸽子飞到ss2 wings 听瑞平和子营唱歌，加上一杯好久没喝了的Hoegarden，还算心情平复了些。

也还好今天成功买了周董的演唱会门票，可以和李妈妈，林爸爸还有一位很想约很久了的朋友一同去看！所以无论什么事情都不能破坏今天happy的mood! 哈哈！

谁也是3月4号去看？到时见罗！

For those not in the know, it stands for A Picture A Day - that was what I wanted to do initially with my blog, as I am not someone who can write alot or write well, I prefer to let photos or videos do the talking for me. The previous attempt lasting over 100 odd posts ended abruptly when I was just too bogged down with work.

Now, wih my ipad . iphone . macbook with me almost 24hours a day, i think i can manage to at least post one pic a day continously.

Fingers crossed.

So, to celebrate the APAD revival, the first pic here is one of the place I stayed while I was in Melaka last weekend for Ah Hao's wedding (Which shall be a topic for a separate entry!) - its a homesta style lodging called Cyclamen Cottage. I always wear jerseys when i perform. Ok, I wear jerseys everywhere apart from at work anyway haha.

For the first time in god knows how many years, my partner, Preston also wore a jersey today when we performed at Xuan. haha i felt happy, don ask me why (no im not gay), just that it must have been fun to be able to see two jerseys on stage.

So dear partners, next time must flow Preston and wear jerseys when performing with me too k! so i can play better hahaha!

23-10-2010 - for some reason, this is like the most auspicious day of the year. Sooooooo many people tying the knot on this day. I have had at least 6 - 7 calls from different agents - some I have not even met for ages - to perform on this day. In the end I took up Justin's invite (had to say sorry to bro Preston and Kevin Lai too since I "FFK"-ed them to join Justin's - cos Justin's was confirmed and Preston's was not :( at that time) to perform in V Garden in Klang.

Nothing much to say about the performance - a typical enjoyable night out with good frens Justin and Catherine. Sound system here was decent, so we had quite a blast. Apart from the fact that I forgot to bring my lyrics to a function for the very first time, the rest were smooth sailing :P

Justin and Cat were so relaxed they were taking photos virtually everywhere. I especially like this one below:

I even bumped into an old yuk chai classmate - Chuan Wee. Just found out he is now a father to a four-month-old baby girl. Congrats there fren and hope to catch up soon!

Felt bit of a nostalgia after seeing Chuan Wee, so decided to go dig up a photo we took in 2007 with other 6B mates. Maybe my next entry I will write about my lovely classmates. hehe.

Was at Cookie's place earlier today for steamboat - its been a whil since I got to catch up with her. So I picked Cat and JEsmond after work and headed to Cookie's place in Subang 2 (took us 90 minutes from Taman Desa to her place- crazy rush hour jam!). Met Sharon, Melina and Stephanie at Cookie's place too - these gals are great musicians - will blog about them another time - and had great fun catching up and joking around :)

But highlight of the day was - out of the blue - the topic of the Ngan Yin radio commercial song was brought up. ITs a short cute acappella tune which we thought ahem we could do a better rendition.

So after multiple takes (and endless laughters and effort trying to perfect the short performance, the end result was not bad at all i must say ::) Tada!!!!

Anyone knows if NGan Yin wants to change ambassadors or record a new theme song? haha

Namewee's album is out - I have always been a fan. One of the more controversial characters in the past few years, I tend to think he is one often misunderstood guy. Anyway, everyone is entitled to his opinion on his character and demeanour. For me, i think his music and the message it portrays is meaningful, so i wil give him the thumbs up :)

Malaysia is celebrating its first "Malaysia Day" - as a holiday anyway. I still think its more of a gimmick by some parties to win back some support for its dismal failings last year. Anyway, I have no problems - i get a holiday!

Malaysia Day (as opposed to Merdeka - independance but without Sabah and Sarawak) will be celebrate every 16th September which is the day Sabah and Sarawak officially joined the Malayan union more than 38 years ago and the country become - Malaysia as it is today.

Here is wishing one a happy holiday and would like to share this clip which i think encapsulates the true spirit of harmony i hope would one day be achieved in this wonderful country (and not some number + country propaganda slogan made up by some party and not put into practice at all).

Actually, i have only tried it once, at Al-Andalus when I met fellow JCs last Saturday for buka puasa. And I only know this place has it so far haha. Its a nice malt drink from UAE which resembles (in look only) to a beer. One would be forgiven to think that it was beer or some alcoholic drink, given the (normally) distinctive green bottle.

Anyway, it really is one sweet (literally) drink and I think I will definitely be having more of these in the near future!

THE MOST EXPENSIVE BURGER EVER

At RM88.00++, it definitely is, at least in Malaysia! haha ....

My makan sifu, Alwin took up Euro Deli's burger challenge last Saturday. I was supposed to join in too but I had already had quite a heavy "tea" (1 regular pizza with breadsticks - yum!) so when I got his invitation at 7pm, I just tot I should rest. Furthermore, I am broke:P

Anyway, speaking of the challenge, the deal is simple - finish the burger in 45 minutes and you dont have to pay a cent! Yes, its FREE! But if you dont...then a whopping RM88.00++ bill awaits you!

Those who knows Alwin knows that he is my "SIFU" when it comes to eating. Because of him, my weight shot from 70 kg during my Form 5 years to my current 90+kg weight haha. He introduced me to Williams, the mamak where i spent most of my youth (not to mention $$$). At our prime, me and my sifu can easily whallop 2 big bowls of dishes from Williams - and yes, Williams' servings (and price!)are notoriously humongous so that is actually one very mean feat I tell ya. Of cos now the prices have gone to such crazy levels at Williams (RM15 for a burger?!) that I seldom go there recently unless I have the urge to have mee raja - which is my favourite food there at Williams.

But then again, not eating there does not mean that me or my sifu's abilities have diminished. In fact i think both of us are still "the same" haha.

So when Alwin wanted to take up the challenge (for the free food la haha) I thought it shouldnt be a problem. How tough can it be to finish a burger in 45 mintues. Yes they say its big, but how big can it get? haha. So I ask him and his gf to let me have up to date reports on his progress on the challege, expecting something to be sent to me in 15 mintues saying "mission accomplished - it was a piece of burger, oops cake!"

True enough i did get one sms from Alwin's gf, Moon about 15 minutes after the challenge "started". There were no words in the message - just a picture:

I was like - WTH???????????????? THAT REALLY IS ONE HUGE BURGER!

So I replied the text asking how is progress. The reply came a good 15 mintues later, with nothing but another picture:-

WTH x20000000! LOOK AT THAT THICK PIECE OF MEAT! I would have been full just looking at it haha.... By now I knew that my sifu had met his match.

True enough, the next SMS I received 15 minutes later was a note of surrender - "Mission Failed".... hahahahaha. Well if its any consolation at least he gets a free polaraid pict for remembrance...

Looks like it is up to me to avenge my Sifu's loss!

I was told that no one had ever come up tops for the challenge before. Maybe I can break the deadlock. Time to start practising!(PS: Those who want to sponsor my cause can take up my Williams tabs from now on, that would be most appreciated:P)

Project 10! 十号志

I just love the no. 10. Its the number of the playmaker of a football team. Players who have grazed the number include the 2 absolute best - Maradona and Pele.

and it is fated that my chinese name (石浩志） is phonetically the same as "十号志" which means - "No. 10 Cher" haha.

so for the just concluded World Cup, all the WC kits i bought are ironed with the number. Loving them!

Performane at the peak of KL - 2.7.2010

Performed for the first time at such high altitude - in fact, a full 400m in the sky in fact - at the MegaView floor of KL Tower for Macrokiosk's 10th Anniversary celebration, aptly named "We Are Ten".

Thanks to Cat for engaging me for this show (sorry to Zhi Yuan and thanks to Yi Fen who replaced me at Xuan Music Cafe that same night albeit on such short notice :P) - was so afraid couldnt make it in time as I was told to be there around 6pm - bearing in mind it is a Friday and poor me (a Da Gong Zai) was working as well. But then again KL Tower is just a few minutes away from Menara Ambank Group Raja Chulan where I worked - or so I thought. It looked near, but then the walk from the entrace to the foot of the Tower on foot is one tiring one! Took me a full 20 minutes walking and climbing and sweating all the way. Next time, guys and gals, just wait for the minivans who pickes tourists up every 10-15 minutes :P

The performance was great - with Kevin and Cat, my usual partners. We only performed two sessions - short and sweet. Though Kevin had to do a solo stroller performance which i think he enjoyed :) Cant expect me to stroll with my keyboard though haha.

The view on top was, of cos, breathtaking! Especially at night. Now I regret not bringing my trusted D90 up there that night. The following photos are taken with my Iphone so pardon the quality. Anyway I told myself this wont be my last trip to the Tower - I should get the RDL-ians here for one of our BD makan soon! Hm, next up would be CHL's? haha

Oh did I say we get to have a feast there as well? haha yup, a fest on leftovers!

Ok this was never gonna be an unbiased "review" haha. This restaurant, located in Sunway Damansara (same row as the famous 旺来restaurant, and just 6 shops away from Fern-fern's mom's kopitiam on the same row.

Anyway, my frend, khei hin, is a humble n down to earth guy who has always had a passion for good food even back in our school days. Everytime we go for food together, he will have his own thoughts on how the food could be better prepared, whether there was too much MSG in the food etc. He was just very particular about them.

Fate has it that he is now the owner of this small retaurant, where he can put his philosophy on good food in practice. The place sells just a few dishes of noodle and rice, but trust me, they are good :) Especially the pork bittergoud soup noodle, wow! I am a teochew, so i know my bittergoud. And i can say Khei Hin has done a good job in preparing a very good bittergoud dish!

They also serve other noodles like the pork shred noodles and a few rice dishes too.

And the food is really reasonable, and at a good portion too. It cost only RM4.00 - 6.00 for each dish.

Below are some pics of my trip there this morning with chee siong and moon. Looing at their expression - boy were they satisfied haha. Do try it out and let me know what ya think k :)

All the best to my dear friend Hwee Shan aka Cat, who is flying off to Hong Kong to be with her husband, who is also a good old friend (my ex-singing boss in fact, Wai Chee) who is now working for Hoi Tin Tong Hong Kong.

This is one great singer, and to be really honest, one of my favourite partners so far (although I have not partnered her for almost 2 years i think). Anyway, hope she continues singing when she is over in HK. She has entered a competition there, not sure how she fared. Wishing her all the best.

After 4 years, it is finally back:) The best sporting spectacle ever!

My first memory of the World Cup was back in 1986 at my uncle's place in Machang, Kalantan. I still remember being mesmerized by the game (i was 7 then) and in particular by this short stout player - who would go on to be the best player the world has ever known) and immediately after that took an interest in the game.

Football was not the most popular sport with fellow chinese friend at that time - they were more into basketball and badminton then, and back in primary school i remember always having to play with just a few friends who would not mind having a kickabout with me.

But it was really during Form 1 that i played it seriously. I played mostly with malay schoolmates and was not until Form 4 / 5 when i manage to gather my mates (riding on the euro 96 fever to play regularly. Life has never been the same since and i still play with some of my mates every sunday - surviving members like Edmund, Ang, Wen Feng, Hang Wu....wow time flies...we've been playing for 13 years mate!!

Anyway because of my love of the game, I was naturally hooked on the tournaments etc. And it never gets bigger than the World Cup.

Sad, but i have only managed to catch 3 games so far..... cos i was away over the weekend for a gig at Awana Kijal (which i will write about later) so yah i even missed the Argie's first game. Hope will get to catch more games soon.

And dang - just got word that Lam will be flying off to South Africa to catch the Algeria v England match!!!! argh! im so jealous! Still remember talking about planning a trip to south africa this year for the games but as usual nothing materialised...sigh.... time to REALLY plan for Brazil in 4 years time!

Ok, gonna doze off soon. Waking up for the Aus v Germany game. Wohoo!!! Am going for a German win in this game! Go Podolski!

Salah seorang tetamu penting semalam adalah Kak Mandy. Perjumpaan semalam
dengan secara kebetulannya merupakan hari sebelum harijadi beliau. Dan
rakan-rakan sekalian telah menyambut harijadi beliau (sehari awal!) dengan
membelikan satu kek Chocolate Cofee yang dipilih oleh rakan Andy atas
nasihat rakan Pei Sing (sila rujuk apa-apa tuduhan kepada mereka jika
terdapat kes keracunan makanan) dan terkejutnya kami apabila difahamkan
bahawa Kak Mandy hanya berumur 1 tahun. Mudanya Kak kita ini.

Rakan Andy kita pula kini sedang mengukur tanah dalam rumahnya di DJ. Akan
tetapi ini tidak akan berterusan kerana saya difahamkan beliau akan bermula
kerja barunya dengan SHELL bermula 7.12.2004. Bersama beliau adalah rakan
Fern-Fern yang juga telah mendapat kerja baru di SHELL juga. Saya telah atas
arahan rakan-rakan lelaki yang lain mengingatkan rakan Andy untuk merakamkan
gambar-gambar gadis-gadis muda-jelita yang terkenal di SHELL. Dan jika
terdapat sebarang pertanyaan mengenai tambang terkini petroleum di Malaysia
sila hubungi mereka berdua!

Terdapat banyak antara rakan-rakan kita yang menceburi bidang penghitungan/
accounting ataupun dalam bidang yang berkaitan. Seperti rakan Pei Sing, Siaw
Ling (yang tidak dapat hadir), Siew Fern, Yih Chwin, Wai Fun (yang sekali
lagi telah menukar kerjanya!) Kar Shian, Siok Voon, Sue Hooi (?) semua
terlibat sama secara terus dalam bidang tersebut ataupun bekerja di
institusi kewangan/ badan korporat dalam bahagian pengiraan dan perhitungan.
Ini menunjukkan kaum Ramin1996 kita ini adalah suatu kaum yang cerdik dan
pandai.

Terdapat suatu perjumpaan yang terharu juga di mana 2 orang adik beradik
yang telah lama berpisah telah berjumpa semula iaitu saudara Ang dan rakan
Ng Boon Yeaw. Saudara Ang masih kelihatan pucat seperti biasa dan rakan Ng
kini merupakan seorang....a........a.....

penjelasan lanjut, Rakan Ng.

Rakan Chew yang merupakan salah satu daripada jumlah kecil rakan kita yang
terlibat dalam bidang kejuruteraan, semalam memungkiri janji kerana tidak
memandu kereta Ferari beliau. Beliau juga sihat belaka dan tidak langsung
berubah seperti dulu!

Rakan Soon Ee kini sudah lebih menghampiri tahap kejayaan! Perniagaan
Restoran Tai Seck beliau kini sudah matang, dan beliau mempunyai cita-cita
untuk beralih ke perniagaan lain! Memang seorang pengusaha perniagaan yang
cemerlang! Dan rakan-rakan lain ingin mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada
rakan Soon Ee kerana sudi meminjamkan tempat "cari-wang" anda untuk
menempatkan 19 ekor binatang bising (tidak termasuk saya) untuk perjumpaan
semalam. Dan kami pasti akan mengesyorkan tempat anda kepada kawan-kawan
lain dan semoga perniagaan anda bertambah maju! Dan perbelanjaan semalam
sungguh murah dan saya percaya ia adalah berkaitan dengan rakan Soon Ee yang
tentu sudah memberi diskaun rakan kepada kami!

Rakan Chee Siong semalam nampak sunyi sahaja mungkin kerana beliau berasa
letih selepas habis peperiksaan semalam. Rakan Chee Siong merupakan
jurugambar bagi kebanyakan sesi semalam dan jika terdapat gambar-gambar
uyang tidak cantik, sila hubungi beliau!

Rakan Chooi Ting, tidak sempat banyak bersembang dengan beliau. Difahamkan
beliau bekerja di syarikat "healthcare"? Tapi beliau juga tidak banyak
berubah, seperti dahulu. Dan ya Chooi Ting, saya ada kuasa telepatik untuk
membaca minda anda dan sebab itu saya berjaya memperolehi nombor telefon
anda!

Rakan Poh Lyn juga hadir dengan ceria. Beliau bekerja di syarikat Malaysian
Oxygen Berhad dan juga tidak banyak berubah. Terlupa untuk bertanyakan
status beliau kini kerana saya difahamkan melalui kuncu-kuncu saya bahawa
beliau kini dalam suatu hubungan erat dengan sesorang. Haha kita akan tahu
suatu hari kelak.

Rakan Pooi San juga sihat belaka. Beliau baru pulang dari Sydney dan
Shanghai! Sayangnya gambar-gambar tidak sempat diproses dan harap dapat
lihatnya lain kali!

Rakan Yih Chwin ditimpa suatu peristiwa malang (sila benarkan saya
memaklumkannya sebagai suatu amaran kepada yang lain) iaitu beg beliau telah
dicuri miggu lepas dalam suatu kes "snatch-thieve". Ini bukan merupakan kes
biasa kerana pencuri yang terlibat telah menggunakan kereta dan bukanna
motosikal semasa merampas beg rakan Yih Chwin. Nasib baik rakan Yih Chwin
sempat melepaskan beg tersebut dan tidak mengalami apa-apa kecederaan. Jadi
kepada semua rakan-rakan terutamanya rakan wanita, sila berhati-hati semasa
di luar, dan sila berwaspada terhadap kereta juga (dalam kes Yoh Chwin,
sebuah kereta WAJA).

Rakan Lew kini bekerja di 1Utama New Wing dan saya percaya rakan semua akan
bertembung dengan beliau dengan lebih kerap! Oh, beliau baru sahaja
memaklumkan bahawa terdapat Pameran Kereta Mewah di 1U dan sesiapa yang
berminat sila kunjungi 1U minggu ini ya!

Memang pelik kerana dalam kelas kita masih tidak terdapat sesiapa yang telah
berkahwin. Tiap-tiap tahun dalam perjumpaan kami, kami semua akan adakan
pertandingan meneka siapa yang akan berkahwin dahulu, dan tahun ini juga
tidak berkecuali. Saya difahamkan bahawa calon utama masih Hui Fern, diikuti
oleh rakan Kar Shian. Rakan Ng Boon Yeaw juga telah membuat perjanjian
bahawa beliau akan mengumumkan pertunangan beliau pada tahun hadapan
(walaupun siapa gadis malang tersebut masih tidak dapat dikenalpasti haha).
Ada juga rakan-rakan yang mencaolnkan rakan Wye Luon, rakan Fern-Fern, rakan
Wen Feng (fast lane!) dan lain-lain. Harap suatu keputusan dapat dicapai
secepat mungkin kerana kelas kami ini memang ketinggalan sangat jauh dalam
kategori pasangan berkahwin ini berbanding kelas yang lain! Sil berusaha
dengan lebih gigih rakan-rakan sekalian!

Bagi saya pula, ramai antara anda semua yang maklum bahawa saya akan
mengikuti jejak rakan-rakan Sue Hooi, Kar Shian, Yee Siang, Soon Chern (ya
kedua-dua mereka masih di sana!) dan berangkat ke Sydney untuk melanjutkan
pelajaran saya. Saya ingin berkata bahawa setelah lebih kurang 2 tahun
menceburi bidang ini di Malaysia, terdapat terlalu banyak benda yang berbeza
dan bercanggah dengan pendirian saya. Oleh itu saya fikir adalah wajar saya
mengambil masa untuk memikirkan jalan saya dan peluang untuk mengaji di
Australia diharapkan akan membantu saya dalam carian saya tersebut. Ah dan
saya inginkan pertolongan rakan Siok Voon untuk mengenalpasti tempat-tempat
yang saya boleh pergi karaoke di Sydney haha! Rakan Siok Voon, sila beri
tunjuk ajar!

Secara kesimpulannya, perjumpaan kali ini adalah sunggun berjaya dan saya
percaya semua rakan-rakan menikmati setiap saat tersebut. Sila maklum bahawa
tahun ini merupakan tahun ke-8 kami tamat sekolah menengah. Pada ulangtahun
ke10 kami ingin mengadakan perjumpaan dalam skala sebesar mungkin, ya! Oleh
itu, kerjasama rakan-rakan semua adalah diperlukan untuk memberikan saya
alamat dan/atau nombor telefon dan/atau alamat emel yang TERKINI supaya saya
dapat membuat suatu database. Jika terdapat apa-apa penukaran sila maklumkan
saya juga di chcher@gmail.com, atau chcher@yahoo.com .

Jika pada mana-mana masa sesiapa yang ada masa lapang, ajaklah rakan-rakan
lain untuk keluar untuk suatu teh tarik!

My pre-order has arrived! Thanks again to Lam for helping me get this through SCB, though he is not a pool supporter:P Good gesture. I have decided I will thank him by buying a Liverpool jersey for his daughter hehe.
