When I left Shook Lin & Bok and joined up with Sri Sarguna Raj at Kandiah & Sri 3+ years back, didn't expect to be joining a big sized firm again so soon. But our small firm had grown fairly well in the short span of time, and needed a bigger platform to broaden our skills and increase our network and advance our practice. Hence when the opportunity to joined Christopher & Lee Ong, the Malaysian counterpart of Rajah & Tan in Singapore (one of the largest firm in Singapore), who were looking to set up their own Intellectual Property arm, we gave it a serious thought and eventually signed up for the same. So effective 1/12/2015, Kandiah & Sri will officially merge with Christopher & Lee Ong. Practice wise it will remain the same i.e. we will still be doing mainly and almost-exclusively IP-related matters with our existing 2 lawyers and 2 staff joining as well. Thanks to my partner Sri, colleagues Ahmad Al AsehNicole ChongNalini SellapanPrem KantharajPremKhan Ramakrishnan all friends family relatives and clients for the support to K&S in the last and hope that you guys will give us the same support in future:) times are tough but we are quietly confident we can do well.
Oh well, back to filling up time sheets again lol.
