APAD 18/15 澳洲回来的第一场驻唱

已经很久没有玩伴奏玩得这么尽兴了。身为伴奏乐手，平时听歌学歌，尤其是把歌曲的特别LICK和LOOP学好，希望的是遇到一个也一样用心了解一首歌的歌手，好让整首歌的演绎较完整也有它的起伏。今晚的拍档虽然是4年来第二次合作，但确有让我觉得伴奏得有意义，因为很多很久没弹过或较少人唱的歌她都有好好的唱，有捉到歌曲的起伏和次序，让整晚基本上都满Enjoy的。至少我这样认为咯LOL。今晚也只修息了一场，第二SET开始后都没有停一直唱到完场兼加班。谢谢丫丫妹。四年后再合作。吧。LOL。

17/4 No Music Day?

Saw this sign at One Utama today. Interested to participate but Need to find out more about the organisers, the objective etc. Anyone has any idea? 

But it would really be a big challenge to not listen to any music for a day. It would really be a very tough day when it comes in sure. But if it is for a good cause and to create awareness and lobbying for change, why not.

16/4 G Shocks

Before last year, I had actually stopped wearing a watch for almost 9 -10 years. Yes, that long. Since I always have my mobile phone with me, thought that that would be the best tool for telling me the time. As with most new age dudes (ahem) I spend more time with my mobile phone than anything else.

But since I got to know if Lazada, and Lelong (the rejuvenated version), I found out that I have missed out on a lot. Especially this little watch called G Shock produced by Casio. Casio is inevitably my first real watch too - the electronic cutie watch cost RM20 20 years back and is now sold at more than RM200. G Shock is the sub brand of Casio and specializes in producing relatively cheap but highly functional and durable watches. 

Anyway before Lazada, I had Bought my first G Shock in Taipei due to influence of Kevin and Gary. All of us bought the Bluetooth version is one where you can connect to the smartphone for simple notifications.

Then not long thereafter came the a mincemeat that Apple will be launching the Apple Watch soon! Being an Apple freak I just had to get one. So before it is launched in Asia probably late this year, I told myself before that I need to get used to wearing watches again. So I bought 1, and this led to another... Lol.

Just got these 2 really nice watches off Lelobg. From an online seller know. As Gpeople. Fast delivery (despatched the next day reached the day after), cheap proces (presumably since they are based in Langkawi it is duty free? Just guessing). Anyway I'm very sure these won't be my last G Shocks. Stay tuned for more!

APAD 14/15 GST IS HERE!

1/4/2015 - forever will be remembered as the day our country introduces its goods and services tax GST. My first GST was paid when I had roti telur and Teh AIS at Pelita after singing with Kai Siang. Hopefully we can all survive this tough period.
