Ok this was never gonna be an unbiased "review" haha. This restaurant, located in Sunway Damansara (same row as the famous 旺来restaurant, and just 6 shops away from Fern-fern's mom's kopitiam on the same row.
Anyway, my frend, khei hin, is a humble n down to earth guy who has always had a passion for good food even back in our school days. Everytime we go for food together, he will have his own thoughts on how the food could be better prepared, whether there was too much MSG in the food etc. He was just very particular about them.
Fate has it that he is now the owner of this small retaurant, where he can put his philosophy on good food in practice. The place sells just a few dishes of noodle and rice, but trust me, they are good :) Especially the pork bittergoud soup noodle, wow! I am a teochew, so i know my bittergoud. And i can say Khei Hin has done a good job in preparing a very good bittergoud dish!
They also serve other noodles like the pork shred noodles and a few rice dishes too.
And the food is really reasonable, and at a good portion too. It cost only RM4.00 - 6.00 for each dish.
